A privately held company, Bridge Street Toys is located in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. The company was founded by two engineers who strive to provide fun products that will inspire children to pursue careers in engineering, architecture, and technology.
| Bridge Street Toys aims to: |
 |
operate a financially successful business with unquestionable ethics and values |
| |
be socially and environmentally friendly |
| |
create products that teach children to love technology |
| |
promote technology education |
| |
be positive role models within our communities |
It is our vision that we will use the financial success of the business in part to provide funding to deserving programs that promote technology education particularly to middle and high school aged young adults.
The Girder and Panel, Bridge and Turnpike, and Hydrodynamic buidling sets are powerful tools for teaching children the basic principles of designing structures, cantilevers and bridges, and fluid dynamics. These are great products and we are thrilled to be able to make them available once again.
Over the next several years it is our plan to introduce additional products that teach about other aspects of technology. We also plan on offering a variety of products that would be of particular interest to girls who are technically talented. |
